The average client we work with looks at 14 houses before they find theirs. We have actively talked clients out of more than 60 properties in the last three years — including a few that would have meant nice commissions for us.

We commission real photographs.

Every listing gets a half-day shoot with a working architectural photographer — not an iPhone tour with the agent's car in the driveway. The cost comes out of our pocket. Your homes deserves a portrait.

We stay after closing.

The relationship doesn't end at the closing table. We're on call for contractor referrals, refi questions, tax-assessment appeals, and the eventual "should I sell this in five years" texts. 38% of our 2025 business came from repeat clients.

The man behind the desk.

"I grew up two miles east of the old Bush Stadium. I learned to drive in a 1991 Dodge Caravan on the cracked asphalt of Forest Manor. I have been inside more Indianapolis houses than I have been inside my own kitchen."

Troy started selling real estate in 2011 with one belief — that buying a home is the most personal financial decision a family ever makes, and it deserves a Realtor who treats it that way. Today he leads a three-agent boutique that operates more like an architecture office than a brokerage.

He sits on the MIBOR Professional Standards Committee, lectures occasionally at Butler's Lacy School of Business, and would rather drive forty-five minutes to look at a property with you than email you the link.
